Somebody, somewhere, created a societal norm that teachers should live their whole lives, living paycheck to paycheck, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Somebody, somewhere created the expectation that teachers should be so concerned with the well-being of everyone else that they put themselves last. Somebody, somewhere normalized career qualifications that require teachers to earn expensive-ass degrees that don’t add real monetary value to their district-mandated salaries. Somebody, somewhere, said that educators should be as highly-skilled and as highly qualified as their professional counterparts, while earning 18.7% less.
Listen, ain’t nobody got time for that.

You’ve earned your Bachelor’s, Master’s, and maybe even your Specialist or Doctorate degree. You’ve done everything you’re supposed to do to be eligible for that promotion, but you’re still being overlooked and unappreciated.

Our mission is to show you a better way.
For too long, educators have worked four times as hard to earn significantly less. We’re creating a new way of doing things. Using our framework, we are changing the way you think about money, the way you earn money, the way you position yourself to get money, and the way you grow your bottom line.

"I decided to get out of my own way"
I met Candace in 2019 at an event. She was speaking about how she grew her education company to a multi-million dollar company. We hit it off immediately. At that time, I was running a homeschool with a handful of students. I knew I wanted to do more, I had taken steps to expand, but I kept getting in my own way. Imposter Syndrome was keeping me stuck in my head.
Candace enrolled her daughter in my school, and we quickly learned that we had a lot in common. We talked a lot about how to scale what I was already doing, she showed me how to amplify my presence online, how to professionally position my brand, and how to boldly price my services at a profitable rate. I decided to get out of my own way and open a facility. Candace became a thought-partner, sharing first-hand experiences that she learned from running a business, and providing me with tangible feedback about all the little details that you don't even know to think about when you're opening or expanding your business.
Today, I'm proud to say that I have a school, outside of my home, that is absolutely thriving.
